The website provides general information about Insta Staffing's recruiting and staffing services, including direct hire, temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, technology staffing, accounting and finance staffing, specialty staffing and related recruiting services.
2. No Guarantee of Placement or Hiring Result
Use of this website, submission of a resume, completion of an inquiry form, participation in an InstaFit calibration or communication with Insta Staffing does not guarantee candidate representation, an interview, employment, an offer, a particular candidate, a placement, or any specific recruiting outcome.
3. Candidate Submissions
Candidates are responsible for providing information that is accurate and not misleading. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to disclose. By providing career information, you authorize Insta Staffing to review it for recruiting purposes and to contact you regarding potentially relevant opportunities. Any sharing of candidate information with prospective employers is subject to the recruiting context and applicable privacy practices.
4. Employer Inquiries and Staffing Agreements
Website content, intake conversations, search calibrations and preliminary recommendations do not by themselves create a binding recruiting or staffing engagement. Fees, payment terms, guarantees, replacement provisions, candidate ownership, temporary staffing terms, employment responsibilities, scope of work and other commercial terms are governed only by a separate written agreement accepted by the applicable parties.
5. InstaFit Search Blueprint
The InstaFit Search Blueprint is a recruiting methodology used to help calibrate role requirements, skills, market conditions, compensation considerations and hiring risks. It is not a guarantee that a search will produce a particular candidate or hiring result, and market conditions may change.
6. Temporary and Temp-to-Hire Staffing
Temporary or temp-to-hire services, where offered, may involve additional employment, payroll, timekeeping, workplace, safety, supervision, insurance and conversion terms. Those obligations are defined in the applicable client and worker documentation and are not created by this website.
7. Accuracy of Website Information
We aim to provide useful and current information, but staffing markets, compensation conditions, candidate availability, laws and business needs change. We do not warrant that website content is complete, current or error-free. Content is provided for general informational purposes.
